Unless otherwise agreed in writing, retainers renew on a monthly basis and may be cancelled by either party with reasonable written notice, as specified in the applicable agreement. Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, as resources and capacity are committed in advance.

Any services or deliverables that fall outside the agreed retainer scope may be subject to additional fees, agreed in writing before work begins.
